How far in advance should I book a planner?
We recommend a full-service planner as your very first vendor hire, even before venue. There are so many variables in choosing a venue, we find so often couples that come to us after selecting their venue get surprised by additional fees and unexpected costs they didn’t even think of.
However, we know everyone’s process looks a little different. If a planner is in your budget, start working with them as soon as possible! Most of our couples hire us at least 12 months out from their wedding date, if not closer to 18 months. The furthest out we will lock in dates is 24 months from your wedding date.
What are the benefits of a planner? Can’t I do this on my own?
Planning any party, but especially a wedding, is a full-time job - seriously. Most vendors operate during standard business hours and may or may not have availability on evenings and weekends - which is when many clients are able to meet and go over details. There are endless hours of planning that takes place (hundreds, sometimes thousands of hours) when piecing together a large production or celebration, and most people simply don’t have the capacity to manage while also maintaining a life and work of their own. More importantly, experience is the most beneficial piece you can have throughout your planning process. After all, most couples are planning their very first wedding and even after hundreds of weddings, we still learn new things every day! No amount of scrolling social media can replace having a professional that has been through this time and time again. We know the ins and outs of the industry, and where you can compromise in the budget without sacrificing the fine details, and still making the most impact in your design and guest experience on YOUR specific wedding day.
Do you offer “day-of” or month-of coordination packages?
Yes, we do! As long as we have availability in our booking calendar, we can tailor a package to fit your wedding needs even if you’re managing all the planning and vendor bookings yourself. Our standard coordination package consists of us jumping in about 6 to 8 weeks prior to wedding day to manage the final logistics. Due to taking on a limited number of bookings each season, we strongly encourage you to reach out prior to the 6 to 8 month mark, even if you’re only looking for a coordinator. Once we get into the final months prior to your wedding day, chances are we will no longer be available.
What are your starting prices for planning packages?
We offer various services to fit the needs of each couple as we believe everyone deserves the have the wedding experience they desire. We understand budget is often the #1 concern, and we get it - weddings are expensive! The experience and guidance you receive from a professional planner or designer is immeasurable and even if it adds to your expenses, we know the difference having one makes for every nearlywed.
We offer virtual consultations for the couple that is seeking professional guidance throughout their planning journey, but may not have the means to commit to a full-service planner. These services are $300 per 90-minute session, or $2,500 for a 10-session bundle. Trust us - this is much more valuable in curating your dream wedding than scrolling hours on TikTok.
Our partial-service planning packages start at $4,500 and are specifically for the couple that has about half of their vendors booked and is coming into the design portion of their planning process, often realizing it’s taking much more from them than they’re able to give (time-wise, mental capacity-wise, etc.).
Our full-service planning + design packages start at $6,000 and are for the couple that wants guidance from the get-go. You may or may not have your venue booked yet, but you definitely don’t want to jump ahead in the planning without knowing the right steps to take. We offer many add-ons to full-service planning which will allow you to determine how involved you really want us, and/or how large of a step back you can take over these next several months (or year/s).

Do you offer payment plans?
We try to be as flexible as possible with payment. Typically, we require a 50% deposit up front to lock in the date and begin our services. The remaining balance is due 14-30 days prior to your wedding date (depending on services booked). We take credit card and Zelle payments for your convenience. In certain situations, we may be able to adjust the payment plan to allow for more installations and spread the amount out further. Let us know ahead of time if you need a special payment plan.
